From The Edwardsville Intelligencer: Progress has continued to be made on the construction of the new apartment complex inside Glen Carbon’s Meridian Plaza.
Mia Rose Holdings is currently working on a 110,000 square-foot development that will include 144 apartment units and a clubhouse, along with a pickleball court, resort-style pool, outdoor firepits, walking path and a grilling area.
Once completed, there will be one 24-unit building, two 36-unit buildings and one 48-unit building, according to Justin Venvertloh of Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. at the Glen Carbon Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on Jan. 16.
At the January meeting, Jordan Dorsey, a developer with Mia Rose Holdings in St. Louis, said that the apartment complex is not intended for student housing.
