Our team has over 100 years of collective experience in workforce and construction-related marketing and communication; workforce development; community engagement; event organization and promotion; research; and non-profit structure and management.
Areas in which we can collaborate
- Develop and implement primary research to uncover worker needs and issues to address the demand for high turnover or unknown professions within the school community and industry.
- Convene, organize, jointly raise funding, and operate pilot workforce projects to build a gap in talent and pipeline development (e.g., US DOL Registered Apprenticeship offerings).
- Stage workforce career and job events, including facilitating and convening industry partners, recruitment of candidates, and industry and community communication campaigns. Provide organizational backbone structure and strategic objectives for your workforce or contractor non-profit effort.
- Promote, produce, and disseminate online or in-person human resource informational initiatives directed at the overall well-being of team members.
- Develop and create workforce marketing content to promote the need for target audiences.
Current Initiatives
Our current initiatives for system change include creating apprenticeships for in-demand entry-level professional positions, finding new ways to get people to work, and introducing emerging M/W/DBE contractors to a broader audience.
