Triad Bank Finances New 26,900-Square-Foot WOW Entertainment! Venue in Fenton

Triad Bank is pleased to announce it has provided a commercial construction loan to finance the development of WOW Entertainment!, a 26,900-square-foot family entertainment center currently under construction at 130 Fiedler Lane in Fenton, Missouri.
This financing reflects Triad Bank’s deep commitment to fueling commercial development across the region and helping innovative business leaders bring their vision to life. With a longstanding focus on commercial lending and real estate financing, Triad continues to serve as a trusted partner for entrepreneurs and developers throughout the St. Louis metro area.
Once complete, WOW Entertainment! will offer a unique mix of experiences, including eight duckpin bowling lanes, four Topgolf Swing Suite multi-sport simulators, virtual reality attractions, synthetic ice curling, private karaoke rooms, and other exciting attractions. A full-service restaurant and bar, self-serve vending café, and retail space for branded merchandise will round out the guest experience.
The facility is also designed to host private and corporate events, with three event rooms on the first floor offering VIP access to major attractions and two more event spaces on a second-floor mezzanine, which also features outdoor seating overlooking an outdoor miniature golf course.

Construction is underway, and additional details, including a projected opening timeline, will be announced as the project progresses.
