Susan Bowen has joined Rosemann & Associates as director of business development.

Bowen has eight years experience in the construction services sector.

Rosemann & Associates specializes in what it calls “Architecture for Life”. Markets include multi-family (market rate and affordable); independent senior living; senior licensed care; student life; historic renovation and commercial/specialty architectural design.

The firm works nationwide through four offices: St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver and Atlanta.
