St. Louis Construction Management Firm Adds KC-Area Office

From St. Louis Business Journal: Navigate Building Solutions, a provider of construction management and consulting services, has expanded with a new Kansas City-area office and is hiring there and at its St. Louis headquarters.
The new office is located at 6400 W. 110th St., Suite 200, in Overland Park, Kansas.
The KC-area office will strengthen Navigate’s presence there and allow it to provide “more efficient, localized services” to clients in both the state of Kansas and the wider Kansas City metropolitan area, officials said earlier this month in a press release.
Navigate specialize in providing owner’s representation and project management throughout the Midwest for new-build or renovation work for municipal, K-12, higher education, multifamily, federal and nonprofit clients, according to its website.
The company said current KC-area projects include work for the cities of Raytown, Odessa and Pleasant Hill in Missouri; the Lee’s Summit R-7 School District; and Cass County (Missouri) Public Library.
