Paragon Certified Restoration, one of the area’s fastest growing property restoration companies, announced today the recent hiring of Kris Brower as Business Development Representative and Leann Hefner as Business Development/Account Manager.
Kris Brower joins the Paragon team at the company’s new office in Swansea, IL. In her role as Business Development Representative, she will work to develop and maintain relationships with commercial and residential clients in the Metro East. As a lifelong resident of Illinois, she intends to utilize her extensive knowledge of the area and its needs to introduce the Paragon Certified Restoration “model of excellence” to members of the community. Brower has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of industries, including new home construction, mechanical sales, and demolition. She studied communications at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Leann Hefner has been working at the Paragon headquarters in Chesterfield, MO. As Business Development/Account Manager, she handles the day-to-day management of a wide range of commercial accounts and works on outside sales, cultivating relationships with clients and business partners and serving as an advisor. Hefner has more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing and has worked in the restoration business since 2007. She is IIRC certified in a variety of cleaning and restoration categories, and she is an active member of BOMA, IFMA and IREM. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
