Panattoni Launches Two Spec Builds on Ford Site

From Connect Commercial Real Estate: Panattoni Development is constructing two new industrial buildings at Aviator Business Park, on the site of the former Ford plant in Hazelwood, MO, near St. Louis. Totaling 640,182 square feet, they’re expected to be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2020.
CBRE’s Katie Haywood and John Frith will be marketing the properties on behalf of Panattoni.
“The size of these speculative buildings speaks to the continued growth and strength of the industrial market in St. Louis,” said Haywood. “The logistical advantages delivered in this market and more specifically within a premier industrial park like Aviator will create interest from a wide breadth of users.”
