From St. Louis Business Journal: Nonprofit developer Beyond Housing has completed a $10.5 million homebuilding project in Pine Lawn.
The North County development, called Pine Lawn Manor, includes 41 newly built single-family homes. The three-bedroom homes are located along Beachwood and Oakwood avenues in Pine Lawn.
“Pine Lawn Manor represents another significant milestone in our long-standing work in the 24:1 Community,” said Beyond Housing President and CEO Chris Krehmeyer. “Thanks to our many partners, Pine Lawn Manor will provide a warm place for 41 local families to call home, and another visible sign to the community of the real progress that is being made.”
Beyond Housing’s 24:1 initiative targets community development in the 24 municipalities, including Pine Lawn, that are located within the Normandy School District. The newly completed Pine Lawn project is part of continued development by Beyond Housing in the North County municipality. Other projects completed in recent years include a $7 million single-family development, a new senior-living multifamily facility and beautification projects.
