Design/build general contractor, Keystone Construction Company, has completed construction of the corporate headquarters for both Tubular USA and SourceOne Solutions.
Keystone built the new 131,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility for Tubular USA, one of the largest suppliers of in-line galvanized pipe and tubing in the United States.
The 37,500-square-foot headquarters for SourceOne Solutions, LLC, which produces design, construction, maintenance and renovation of commercial lighting solutions, features office, warehousing and manufacturing space is located on a 6.45-acre site in O’Fallon, Missouri.

Tubular’s new facility is located within Spirit Valley Business Park, where Keystone has now constructed 13 buildings as well as the infrastructure for both Phase 1 in 2008 and Phase Two this year, which included mass grading, new streets and infrastructure for sewer, water, electric and gas. Keystone relocated its offices to a new 40,000-square-foot multi-tenant building they built within Spirit Valley Business Park at the end of last year.

SourceOne Solutions is one of several projects Keystone Construction recently completed in St. Charles County. The general contractor also built National Wood Flooring Association’s headquarters in the Missouri Research Park and a speculative industrial building in O’Fallon, Missouri. Keystone was recently awarded the new $60 million CarShield Sportsplex© AAA Hockey & Futbol facility in Chesterfield, Missouri. The world-class indoor and outdoor sports facility will be one of the largest in the Midwest.
