From Builder: If tiny houses can grow up, The Ultimate from ESCAPE Homes surely has. Sprawling 720 square feet with an option of three- to four-bedrooms and one- to two-bathrooms, the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home maximizes tiny living.
ESCAPE just launched the newest design, which achieved its size by stretching the height and width to create a livable two-story layout.
“This is the culmination of a long process of growth and innovation,” says Dan Dobrowolski, CEO of Escape. “With The Ultimate, we’re taking the whole concept and pushing the limits to a whole new level of comfort and living space. This is the biggest thing we’ll ever build so if you want The Ultimate, this is the unit for you.”
What’s Inside
The main floor boasts a living area with an entertainment center, smart TV, and fireplace, while the full-size kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a full-size dishwasher, and helpful storage. A private king-sized bedroom is tucked away and the main bathroom features a walk-in tile shower, stone vanity, and extra storage.
Up the stairs, is a ‘massive’ multi-use space that can function as an office, lounge, or additional sleeping area. The large front section is enhanced with floor-to-ceiling windows for a light-filled bedroom or workspace.
