The Home Builders Association (HBA), on behalf of the Home Builders Charitable Foundation (HBCF), presented a $13,868 donation to St. Peters Senior Citizen Corporation grant writer and resident Frances Kern.

The donation will be used to replace a roof on one apartment building and repair roofs on the other 12 buildings. St. Peters Senior Citizen Corporation operates St. Peters Senior Village, an independent living facility which offers a homelike, affordable community of 52 apartments for low-income senior citizens.

The Home Builders Association (HBA) is a local trade association of more than 600 member firms representing the residential construction industry. The Home Builders Charitable Foundation, the HBA’s charitable arm, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing assistance to people or organizations with special shelter needs.
