HBA Reports 15% Permit Increase in February

In January, we saw a 15% increase in single-family housing permits; in February, that percentage grew to 23%, compared to data from 2020,” the  Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri reported. ”

We are continually encouraged by these strong numbers and traffic through new home communities,” Bill Wannstedt, 2021 HBA president said.

“Area builders are working hard to keep up with demand and give home buyers the many features and efficiencies that only a new home can offer.”
