Goley Companies Acquire Insulator Operating in PA and WV

The Goley Companies has acquired SK Insulation, an insulation contractor serving customers in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The partnership expands TGC’s operating presence in both states and adds an experienced local team with established customer relationships and growth opportunities.

SK Insulation will continue operating under its existing name and local leadership while gaining access to TGC’s broader operational resources, systems, training, and industry experience. The Goley Companies is a third-generation, family-owned provider of insulation and Building Performance Solutions founded in 1973.
