Forum Drone Update: ARCO’s NEO Vantage Pointe

This week Construction Forum drone photographer Louis Kelly, owner of Drone Eagle, LLC, has updated progress on “NEO Vantage Pointe,” a 269-unit luxury apartment complex being constructed by ARCO.
The project, which is nearing completion, is located at 12401 Boulder Springs Parkway in the Southwest quadrant of the Page/I-270 interchange in Maryland Heights.
The developer and manager of the complex is Mills Properties. The five-story, wood-framed project will have a 395-space, precast parking garage.
Interior amenities include a fitness center, community lounge, co-working spaces, a Well Beats studio, package concierge, and pet spa. Outdoor amenities include a dog park, pickleball court, pool with sun deck and waterfall, multiple fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, and a hammock park.
Apartments are 1-3 bedrooms, 1-2, baths. Rents on the 581- to 1,305 sq. ft. units range from $1,444 – $4,225.
