Edwardsville’s Goshen Commons Project Remains on Schedule for Late Fall

From The Edwardsville Intelligencer: The Goshen Commons project remains on schedule, according to City Administrator Eric Williams.
Williams told aldermen Jennifer Warren and S.J. Morrison during the Public Services Committee meeting June 30 in Edwardsville that the project remains on pace to be completed in late fall.
“They’re doing well schedule-wise,” Williams said.
Williams said city staff members continue to meet weekly to review progress.
“We’ve been having weekly progress meetings on that one, so we’re still going through a lot of the submittal process and fine-tuning everything,” Williams said.
As construction has moved above ground, Williams said the project’s layout has become more visible.
“With what they’ve got going, they’re doing well,” Williams said. “You can kind of see where everything is going to be. They’ve got foundations in for the structures, so you can see where the seat walls and columns will be.”
