From St. Louis Business Journal: A high-profile office tenant in downtown St. Louis has renewed its lease for space in its namesake building, which recently received an amenities upgrade.

Global professional services firm Deloitte recently renewed its lease for 22,040 square feet in the Deloitte Building at 100 S. Fourth St., Stanton Road Capital, the property’s owner, said Monday in a press release.

Andy Gooliak, John Salsberry and Aly Brooks of Colliers represented Deloitte in the transaction. The building’s leasing brokers are Tom Bajardi, Brandon Wappelhorst and Nick Fiquette of Sansone Group.

Deloitte, which also has a local office in O’Fallon, Illinois, is one of the region’s largest accounting firms and has about 458 employees in the St. Louis area, according to Business Journal research.

Stanton Road Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment management firm, purchased the 12-story, Class A Deloitte Building in 2015.

The firm’s holdings include over 5 million square feet of commercial space across the country, about 2 million of which is in the Midwest. The firm’s only other property in the St. Louis area is Clayton Executive Center at 7980 Clayton Road in Richmond Heights. The company also owns three buildings in Kansas City.

Stanton Road recently completed work on new amenities at the Deloitte Building.

The new 6,800-square-foot amenity space, named The Outpost, adds more than 100-person conference facility, lounge, updated fitness center and grab-and-go food options to the roughly 260,000-square-foot building, the office property’s owner said Monday.
