Carmody MacDonald Names Three New Shareholders and One New Partner

Carmody MacDonald P.C has announced three new shareholders and one new partner. Tina Babel, Angela Drumm and Brian Nolan have been promoted to shareholder, and Tyler Schaeffer has been promoted to partner. Tina and Tyler are in the firm’s Litigation practice group, and Angela and Brian are in the firm’s Business Services practice group.

Tina Babel practices in the areas of trusts and estates litigation, business litigation, and Title IX. She represents individuals and institutions in a variety of fiduciary disputes, and she is experienced in business and contractual litigation. Tina is a graduate of the Hastings School of Law at the University of California.
Angela Drumm concentrates her practice in the areas of banking and finance and real estate. She advises and counsels clients on a wide variety of legal issues in lending and real estate transactions. Angela joined the firm immediately upon graduation from Washington University School of Law.
Brian Nolan concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, banking and commercial finance, corporate transactions and business law. Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as a law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law.
Tyler Schaeffer concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and helps businesses and individuals reach effective and efficient results in their business disputes. Tyler is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
