My dream job is to become a wine sommelier!

My advice would be to focus on honing your leadership skills, building strong relationships with your team, and staying adaptable in a constantly evolving industry.

If you were to go back and give advice to yourself at age 16, what would it be?

Embrace your uniqueness and don’t be afraid to follow your passions, even if they seem unconventional. Stay curious, keep exploring, and never underestimate the power of hard work and perseverance.
