Show up willing to learn, say yes to things outside your comfort zone, find a mentor, be a mentor, follow your gut instincts.

If you were to go back and give advice to yourself at age 16, what would it be?

Be willing to embrace change as it presents itself. Innovation naturally comes with change and progress, continue to educate yourself, explore new avenues to provide value.
