ARCO Announces Three Personnel Changes

ARCO Construction Company has announced three personnel changes.
Matt Sander has been promoted to vice president of ARCO Commercial and Industrial. He joined ARCO as a project manager in 2000 and became division manager in 2014. Sander is closely involved with the operations and business development side of the Commercial & Industrial division.
Kyle Darnell has been promoted to vice president ARCO senior living|multi-family. He started his career at ARCO as an intern and became a project manager in 2006. He became a senior project manager in 2009 and continued to complete high-end build-to-suit projects. ARCO said Darnell has helped grow the senior Living and Multi-Family division significantly.
Rob Kerch is relocating to Phoenix to focus on business development efforts for ARCO’s Mountain West office. Kerch joined ARCO in July of 2016, having previously served in business development for the Austin Company.
In March of this year ARCO announced the opening of their 18th office in Phoenix. ARCO was founded 26 years ago in St. Louis. ARCO has been hired as the design/build contractor for nearly 5,000 projects nationwide in 48 states since its inception.
