168-Unit Apartment Complex Proposed for O’Fallon, MO

From St. Louis Business Journal: A California real estate investment firm has submitted plans for a 168-unit apartment complex in O’Fallon, Missouri.
FPA Multifamily LLC is listed as the developer of the project, which the city of O’Fallon said will include 11 two-story breezeway apartment buildings with six garages and 14 carports. The apartment complex would be located off of the intersection of T.R. Hughes Boulevard and Homefield Boulevard. Plans call for 48 one-bedroom units, 88 two-bedroom units and 32 three-bedroom units.
Rosemann & Associates, which has an office in St. Louis, is the architect on the proposed development, which is in the construction plan approval process. FPA Multifamily could not be reached for comment.
